Our team has managed Franchised Hotels and Independent Hotels. Our team has managed hotels in far away places such as Dominican Republic, Aruba, and Cuba. We have been hired as opening managers to set standards, establish staffing guides, hire opening staff, arrange move inn and bring hotel to optimum operating level and then turn over to manager with Asset manager to review the progress going forward. Our team has been involved in running a large group of upscale hotels. Our team has taken over development of a project in mid stream and worked with the contractors to complete the project.

We have strong relationships with the recognized Hospitality Consulting Firms such as HVS International, CBRE, Cushman Wakefield and Dan Lesser, Hospitality Consultant.

We work with several recognized Real Estate Law Firms such as Strook & Strook & Lavan in NYC and Miami (Mr. Leonard Boxer). We understand and work with the recognized Certiorari Firms across the country. Hotels are considered operating business’s and therefore a distinction is made between the real estate and the operation to determine the assessed value which is the basis for real estate taxes.

We understand SBA financing, USDA Guarantees, OPIC Government Financing for projects outside of the United States in friendly Democratic Countries.

We also work with engineering firms to develop Cost Segregation Studies for improved results in writing off fixed assets.

We have relationships with Hotel Interior Design firms and Purchasing firms.
