Adolfo Guerrero brings over ten years of experience working in the fields of accounting, finance, risk management and corporate turnaround and restructuring. Guerrero has extensive experience in a broad range of industries including airline, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, non-profit and financial services.

Prior to joining Xenois Holdings, LLC, Guerrero served as Chief Operating Officer / Chief Financial Officer of a West Palm Beach based non-profit which has three locations throughout South Florida. In this role, he inherited an organization that was operating with inadequate internal controls and experiencing negative cash flow. Guerrero orchestrated a restructuring that right sized costs, increased revenues, and revamped accounting and finance functions.

Guerrero began his career working at Dresdner Bank where he worked hand-in-hand with the Sr. Economist to set the banks country exposure lending limits in Latin America. Guerrero eventually transitioned to the Corporate Recovery group at KPMG, which later became Mesirow Financial Consulting. During his tenure in corporate recovery, Guerrero advised numerous debtors, secured lenders, unsecured creditors' committees, and joint provisional liquidators in the context of out-of-court restructuring and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.

Guerrero obtained a Masters of Arts degree in Economics from Florida International University and a bachelors of science from the Florida State University.

Guerrero is a member of US Asset Management Association.
